Happy 1 year Blog Anniversary to Meeeeee!!!!! WOW just 1 year ago this blog was simply an idea I had in attempt to put more of myself and what I do out there —intentionally sharing my life and loves. As excited as I was in the beginning I honestly didn’t think I would stick to it because overtime I begin to allow “negative little me” to get in my head, almost to a point where I considered no longer fulfilling my initial goal. Then the pandemic hit and I was like “WHAT THE HELL . . . is this a sign!?”, as I looked for an excuse just to give it up. It wasn’t until honestly me doing a lot of reading and self reflecting during the height of the pandemic (since we were all in quarantine) that I was reminded that God will never put a desire in your heart that he doesn’t intend to help you fulfill and in addition to that, reading this amazing book entitled Believe Bigger by Marshawn Evens, helped me realize that this blog is a part of MY PURPOSE and MY WHY. You see we are all here for an intended purpose; NO ONE is here by accident no matter what you may think, feel, or believe and this book was and still is (as I reflect back on it) an instrument that played a major role in me going on and led me to move forward in starting a new venture that I will post about at a later date. As we move back into the present and the reason for this post lol . . . I am so thrilled to be celebrating this 1 year anniversary as I continue walking in my purpose and sharing more of myself with you all. I can’t thank my subscribers enough for just being a part of my journey even if it is just a few now. God will do the rest as I continue to deliver my best and trust me the BEST is yet to come.
